Over the years (dahil 7 years na din ang Divisoria.com), marami na kaming mga tanong na natanggap mula sa mga customers namin. Safe ba umorder sa inyo?
Oo naman. Una, hosted kami ng Yahoo Stores, kaya secure lahat ng information nyo lalu na mga credit card information. Mahigpit ang Yahoo sa mga privacy and security issues. Pangalawa, mula pa nung 2000 na nagsimula kami wala pang naging problema pagdating sa security problems, ni isa.

Pag more than one item ang binili mo, meron. So at anytime, makikita mo kung nasaan na yung order mo.
Nasa US military ako eh, assigned ako ngayon overseas, puede ba ako umorder?
Puede, use lang your military address. Ang nangyayari dyan eh the US Postal Service delivers it to the military post then yung military naman bahala mag forward kung nasan ka assigned.
Teka, papaano naman kung sira ang item na dineliver nyo, may warranty ba yan?
Syempre naman, ang pangako naming ay makukuha mo ng maayos ang inorder mo. Paminsa minsan, dahil sa dami, may nakakalusot na defective. Pag ganun, email mo lang agad kami para pa-process ang replacement. Pero dapat yung sira talaga ah. Kasi minsan meron gusting magsoli kasi daw pangit daw yung kwento ng pelikula. Aba eh hindi naman kami ang nag-direct at sumulat nun.
Papaano kung out –of-stock yung item na inorder ko?
Minsan nangyayari yan. Sasabihin naman namin sa yo. Kung madami ang inorder mo at isa out-of-stock eh kina-cancel naming yung item na yun, tapos adjust naming yung total price mo, tapos papadala na naming yung iba. Pag nagkaroon na ng stock, email ka uli namin.
Anong payments ang tinatanggap nyo?
Credit card – Visa and Mastercard. Puede ding Money Order, kaya lang medyo matagal kasi mag eemailan pa tayo ng details.
Sabi nung kaibigan ko eh yung Monching na sumasagot ng email eh medyo masungit?
Uy hindi ako masungit ah, este, hindi masungit yun ah. Ang bait bait nga nun eh, pag tulog. Hindi, subukan mo mag email sa kanya, daldalin ka nun. Tsismoso yun eh.
Bibisita kami ng Pilipinas, puede ba kaming pumunta sa office nyo?
Puede, kaya lang wala naman kaming tindahan sa office, puro lang computers at kahon ang makikita mo dito.
OK na din kahit walang paninda, gusto lang sana naming kayong makilala.
Puede, basta magdala kayo ng pasalubong ha. Gusto namin yung malalaking kahon ng Equal at Splenda. Pero kung ako sa inyo, wag na lang, kasi sayang ang oras mo, bakasyon mo pa naman.
Kung wala sa website nyo yung gusto ko, puede bang mag-request?
Sige lang, syempre hindi naman lahat ng CDs, DVDs eh mailalagay namin sa website. Basta nandito sa Pilpinas eh mahahanap naming yan.
Papaano kung ibang items, hindi DVDs, VCDs o CD?
Puede din. Meron na nga kaming mga nabili na So-En panties, vitamins, t-shirt. Nung minsan nga eh yung pinabili pa sa amin eh kudkuran ng niyog.

Sabi ko na nga ba eh dyan din tayo pupunta eh. Pag volume talaga we give discounts din. O kaya paminsan minsan pag maganda gising nung amo namin eh may mga promo kami na ini-email naman namin sa inyo. Email lang kayo sa amin kung volume purchase gusto mo.

Natanggap ko na yung mga inorder kong DVDs sa inyo. Ang bilis nga. Bilib ako. Di ko akalaing matatanggap ko ng ganun kabilis. At yung Wii na ni recommend mo, tama ka enjoy nga. Hindi lang pampamilya pang sports pa. Medyo nakakapikon lang pag nilalampaso ako ng mga anak ko sa tennis, lalo na sa boxing. Maraming salamat ha.
BTW, ako nga pala yung kuya mo. Ibawas mo na lang yung utang ko sa DVDs dun sa pritson na mabebenta mo dahil sa pag gamit mo ng picture ko.
mabilis talaga ang divisoria…eh nakaka over 15 dvd na yata na bibili ko sa kanila eh. never ako nag ka problema. pati yung kapatid ko at pinsan ganun din. kaya lang ang bagay nyo naman mag update ng mga new release dvd… atat na atat na ako..heheh. meron na ba kayong “desperada” at “bahay kubo”?

Besides Visa And Mastercard do you guys accept other credit cards like discover or american express? At saka hinahanap ko ang pelikula ni Bong Revilla Jr. na Dugo ng Panday kung sakaling magkakaroon kayo sana ay tawagan ninyo ako sa phone number ko, 18086521953. Hina-hunting ko ri ang mga panday movies ni FPJ pero wala akong makitaang nagbebenta nito sana ay may impormasyon kayo.

Pareng ace, weight-based ang shipping cost namin, - depende sa dami, depende kung saan. Puede mo naman i-check, just order what you want, before you finalize your order, the system will display the total shipping cost. Kung OK sa ‘yo, then continue. Pag hindi, just abandon the cart.

This is to acknowledge receiving my order reference #29232 today, 2.12.09. This order was placed on 01.26.09. I received your acknowledgement on the same day that I placed the order. On 02.02.09 I emailed you at order@divisoria.com to find out the status of my order and I never received any response from you. Yesterday, 02.11.09, I emailed again to same email address with copy direct to ceo@divisoria.com, which I am assuming is Mr. Ramon Romano. I asked in that last email the status of my order. Again, no response from anyone of you.
Although, I received the DVD today, 02.12.09, which you shipped to me with stamp dated 01.30.09, I was expecting the DVD will be brand new. I was disappointed when I opened the box, the DVD jewel case has about 10 scratches of about 3 inches long each. When I opened the jewel case, the DVD itself has multiple scratches amounting to about 100 scratches, some of them are tiny scratches but still very visible with and some of them are as much as 1 inch long. I have not played the DVD yet and I just hope it will play even with those multiple scratches.
It is up to you to replace this DVD and I am not forcing you to replace it. But I am copying this email and if I don’t hear from you of at least a word of apology,I will spread this around the whole USA just to report this factual bad experience that I have with this first and last order that I will transact with you.
